What's included in a lawn visit?
Mowing, edging, grass trimming and blowing paved surfaces. Bush and hedge trimming is included only in the Lawn & Landscape Maintenance plan within the agreed scope.
Are monthly plans the same number of visits every month?
Basic Lawn Care includes 2 mowing visits per month year-round. Essential and Landscape plans include 4 mowing visits per month during the rainy season and 3 during the dry season, adjusted for weather and lawn conditions.
Is tree work included in monthly maintenance?
Tree cutting and pruning are assessed and quoted separately. Tree size, access, disposal and project scope affect the price.
Can you take care of an overgrown yard?
Yes, an initial cleanup or overgrowth recovery can be assessed separately before recurring maintenance begins. The starting maintenance prices apply to maintained lawns.
How do I get the new-customer discount?
New Essential Lawn Care and Lawn & Landscape Maintenance customers pay the first month at the regular rate and receive $25 off the second active month. Basic Lawn Care and commercial service are excluded. One offer per property; exclusions apply.
Do you offer whole-lawn weed spraying?
No. We offer targeted weed treatment for flower beds and driveway cracks, from $25 per application during scheduled maintenance. Whole-lawn spraying is excluded.
